Currently sitting at 279 NBL1 games, the spritely veteran, Daniel Webber, has signed on for more with Norwood in 2022.
As an undersized four-man, Webber has always played bigger than his size.
Using his high basketball IQ and "old-man strength", he always gets to the right spot at the right time and makes great decisions when he gets there.
He's a hard worker, competitive as anyone and is known for keeping things ticking over on both ends of the floor.
Webber was thrilled to be back in the red and blue again: "I’m looking forward to my 16th season and glad to be able to still contribute to the team!"
Coach Tim Odell has already seen the value that Webber brings: "Stoked to have Daniel back.
"His experience and team-first approach are invaluable to us and I see him already being a great leader for the team."
With only a few weeks left now before the season-opener, the team is in full pre-season mode, with training sessions increasing in intensity and competitiveness.
