The 2019/20 WNBL semi-finals concluded this week, with a slew of NBL1 players taking the court and putting together strong performances.
Here are some of the best NBL1 player performances from the semi-finals of WNBL20.
Maddison Rocci (Canberra Capitals)
The Canberra Capitals have advanced to the WNBL Grand Final series and University of Sunshine Coast Rip signing Maddison Rocci was a big reason why.
The 21-year-old guard started every match in the three-game series, providing a calming presence while contributing 10 points, five rebounds and four assists in game one.
Keely Froling (Canberra Capitals)
Coming off the bench while recovering from a surgically repaired nose, Keely Froling started game one and had a strong performance with 11 points and six rebounds. The Launceston Tornadoes signing came off the bench for the remaining two games and made a positive influence for the Caps.
Bec Cole (Southside Flyers)
The Dandenong Ranger was at her scoring best when Southside punched their Grand Final ticket in game two against Adelaide, leading the way with 19 points, 10 rebounds and five assists. Cole recorded 13 points and six rebounds in game one.
Aimie Clydesdale (Southside Flyers)
Aimie Clydesdale had a massive game for the Flyers in game two, scoring a season best 18 points to ensure her side qualified for the Grand Final.
Sara Blicavs (Southside Flyers)
The Geelong Supercat had a solid series, with her stats reading nine points and five rebounds in game one and 12 points and seven rebounds in game two.
Ezi Magbegor (Melbourne Boomers)
Ezi Magbegor's best performance in the semi-final series came in game two, when she posted 17 points and nine rebounds in a Boomers win.
Toni Farnworth (Melbourne Boomers)
The Ringwood Hawk performed well off the bench in game three, amassing six points.
Maddie Garrick (Melbourne Boomers)
Maddie Garrick showcased her scoring prowess in the series' first two matches, posting 16 points in game one and 17 points in game two.
Cayla George (Melbourne Boomers)
Cayla George was a beast all series for Melbourne, with her 13 point, six rebound and five assist effort in game two the standout.
Lauren Nicholson (Adelaide Lightning)
The Kilsyth Cobras star scored 14 points in game one before adding 16 points in game two, as she ended her season with two positive individual performances.
Chelsea Brook (Adelaide Lightning)
The Knox Raiders signing has been an offensive punch for Adelaide all season and that was no different in game one, when she scored 11 points off the bench.
