Yanni Wetzell not playing for Raiders in NBL1 2021

NBL big man Yanni Wetzell will not play for the Knox Raiders in this year's NBL1 season.

Wetzell is instead heading home to New Zealand to spend time with family.

Wetzell’s South East Melbourne Phoenix teammate Rueben Te Rangi made his Raiders debut last weekend in Knox’s win over the Ringwood Hawks.

This Saturday night, the Raiders will host Waverley at the State Basketball Centre.

The women’s game begins at 5:30pm and the men at 7:30pm.
