The Ipswich Force have announced the signing of Cooper Ward for the 2022 Coles Express NBL1 North season.
Currently playing and studying in Canada for Cape Breton University Capers Men's Basketball, Ward is a uniquely skilled big man, who offers tremendous physicality and inside-out versatility at the forward position.
Ward last represented the Force during the COVID-19 impacted QSL season, and will immediately return as a fan favourite in 2022.
He joins Cameron Goldfinch, Jason Ralph, Isaac White, James Ringholt and Denzel Kennedy on the Force's men's roster so far.
On the women's side of things, Daphnee Frieson, Courtenay Wragg, Tia Hay and Georgia Ralph have all committed.
