2024 NBL1 North champion Morgan Yaeger will return to Adelaide, this time with the Eastern Mavericks.
From 2021 to 2023, Yaeger played for the NBL1 Central’s Southern Tigers, winning the championship in 2021 and making an All-Star Five in 2023.
This past season, Yarger made the move up North to play with the Rockhampton – going on to win her second championship within the NBL1 era. She was the catalyst for the team’s win over Northside, scoring an absurd 32 points in game two and extending the series.
Yaeger has signed to play in the NZNBL during the summer, but she has recently suffered a wrist injury during the first game of the season.
