Dover re-signs with Roar

Red City Roar women's coach Cassie Dover has re-signed with the club for the next two seasons. 

Although the Roar produced a winless inaugural NBL1 North season, Dover has instilled a positive culture within the club, meaning the only way is up for this young side. 

Born on the Gold Coast, Dover made an immediate impact coaching her junior club, winning the 2019 QBL Coach of the Year after taking her team to the Grand Final in her first QBL season as coach. 

As a player, Dover won multiple state and national titles as well as two QBL titles before going on to represent the Townsville Fire and Dandenong Rangers in the WNBL.
