Freeburn returns to Mackay

The Mackay Meteorettes have re-signed Heidi Freeburn for the 2021 NBL1 North season.

Freeburn is a two-time club MVP with the Meteorettes and is a vital piece to their program. She returns for her 13^th season in the state league and her fourth with Mackay.

In the 2019 season, Freeburn averaged 15.9 points per game.

The Meteorettes have announced Freeburn, Cayla George, Chelsea Brook and Denesha Bobongie on their roster for the forthcoming campaign.
