Georgia McCarron signs with Wizards

The Northside Wizards continue to build their roster with young talent Georgia McCarron signing for the 2021 NBL1 North season.

McCarron led and captained the women's SBL team to their first championship in 2019 and her rebounding and ability to finish around the rim makes her an asset to any team.

Her continued commitment to the Wizards has been a huge part of the growth of their women's program which has eventuated into the association becoming a part of the NBL1 competition.

Northside’s season begins on May 15 against the Brisbane Capitals. Along with McCarron, the Wizards have signed Courtney Woods, Regan McCarty and Georgia Woolley.
