Matt Reynolds returns to the NBL1 Eagles for 2021

Diamond Valley has announced that Matt Reynolds will be returning to the Eagles for the 2021 NBL1 South season.

Diamond Valley has announced that Matt Reynolds will be returning to the Eagles for the 2021 NBL1 South season.
Reynolds has been an integral part of Diamond Valley over the years, competing in the Big V, SEABL and NBL1 competitions.
In his 2017 Big V season, Reynolds averaged 14.95 points, 5.5 rebounds and 3.18 assists per game.
The 2018 SEABL season allowed him to test his abilities against the best backcourts in the competition, averaging 4.3 points, 1.9 rebounds and 1.4 assists, whilst also shooting a stellar 88% from the free-throw line.
In the 2019 NBL1 season, Reynolds averaged 5.1 points, 2.2 rebounds and 1.9 assists per game.
Head Coach Grant Wallace is very happy to have Reynolds back on board for 2021.
"Matt is a great leader and floor general," he said.
"He is in the best shape of his career, and his athletic ability allows us to be as disruptive as we can be from baseline to baseline.
"Like Ben (Allen) and Darcy (Harding), Matt’s experience and leadership with be invaluable in 2021 with our exciting young roster."
