Southern Tigers (79) def by Norwood Flames (83)
Norwood trio Alex Wilson, Genna Anderson and Brooke Basham were relentless on the offensive end, combining for 70 of Norwood’s 83 points, ultimately giving them the edge over a tough Southern Tigers squad.
Alex Wilson was key to Norwood’s success scoring 28pts 8reb, 5 ast and 2stl, while Jemma Thacker was the best performer for the Tigers, with 22pts and 5reb.

NORWOOD 83 (Wilson 28, Anderson 21, Basham 21)
North Adelaide Rockets (65) def by Sturt Sabres (75)
Sturt hit the road to take on North Adelaide in the afternoon ANZAC day clash. The Sabres secured the win in what turned out to be a low scoring battle against North Adelaide.
Mikayla Williams led Sturt with a huge 18pt 14reb performance. Peyton Taylor did what she could for the homeside, scoring 22 pts with 13 reb and 5 ast.

West Adelaide Bearcats (62) def by South Adelaide Panthers (82)
Cross state rivals battled in the West as South Adelaide stole a win on West Adelaide’s home court.
Ashleigh Spencer shot the lights out for the South scoring 26pts, while Olivia Levicki looked untouchable with 15 boards to complement her 23 points.

Eastern Mavericks (69) def by Woodville Warriors (70)
Regan Turnour-McCarty had a game for the ages.

Down to the wire, Turnour-McCarty made the game-winning free throw to put Woodville up 1.

Central District Lions (76) def by Forestville Eagles (78)
Central Districts lead through the majority of the contest. In the final 3 minutes there were 4 lead changes and Meaza Otto missed a 3 point jumper on the buzzer to win the game.
40 points 9 rebounds and 6 assists - it was that type of night for Samantha Simons.

Southern Tigers (73) def by Norwood Flames (82)
Norwood’s dominant final period led them home with the win in a strong, hard fought outing against the Southern Tigers. Norwood’s starting five carried them to the victory, scoring all of the team’s points.
Ray Harding was the lead for Norwood scoring 27pts and 10reb, while Machar Machar was the best performer for the Tigers with 16pts and 11reb.

NORWOOD 82 (Harding 27, Mcbride 18, Lycett 18)
Sturt Sabres (73) def by North Adelaide Rockets (90)
Sturt hit the road to take on North Adelaide in the afternoon ANZAC day clash. North Adelaide led convincingly after the first quarter getting the win at home. Sturt dug deep into their bench, playing all 12 of their listed players, yet still were unable to pull off a comeback.
Brad Rathjen led North with a huge 22pt 4reb performance. Hayden Meakes led the Sabres with 16 pts.

South Adelaide Panthers (78) def by West Adelaide Bearcats (82)
West Adelaide were about to pull off a tight win against the South Adelaide Panthers. Though having 19 turnovers of their own, the Bearcats capitalized on South’s mistakes with 14 points off turnovers.
Nate Sheppard was on fire with 19 pts, while Jeremy Smith led the Panthers with 25.
WEST ADELAIDE 82 (Sheppard 25, DeSantis 21. Cadzow 12)
SOUTH ADELAIDE 78 (Starling 26, Smith 25, Hoppo 17)
Eastern Mavericks (60) def by Woodville Warriors (96)
Woodville put on a clinic in a convincing 36 point win over the Eastern Mavericks
The Warriors dominated on the glass, almost doubling Eastern’s rebound count and 25 of their points coming from second chance opportunities.

Central District Lions (78) def by Forestville Eagles (104)
Stellar shooting from Forestville kept them a sure shot to win from the jump. They led the lions the entire match.
NBL1 South veteran guard Adam Doyle led Forestville with 25 points and 8 assists.
