Last season the star guard averaged 20.4 points, 5.2 assists and 3.7 rebounds for the Maitland Mustangs. Leading his team to the Grand Final, the 23-year-old guard was awarded with the Most Valuable Player Award.
Cranston-Lown scored 30 points in over four games this past season, scoring 37 or more in two separate games. He also hit a game-winner against the Hornsby Ku-Ring-Gai Spiders to help solidify his MVP case.

The star of the NBL1 East competition is the first signing for the club this offseason. On the team’s social media, the MVP said he’s excited to return to the Mustangs.
“I’m really keen to come back to the club for another year,” he said.
“My time in Maitland has been nothing short of great, and I can’t wait to try and compete for a banner again with the boys in 2024.”
