A Hills Hornets - Inner West Bulls double-header was on the cards for Sunday of Round 12, after two Illawarra Hawks - Maitland Mustangs games were cancelled due to weather-related issues.

Check out the results below.

WOMEN

Inner West Bulls (65) def by Hills Hornets (84)

A solid win from Hills in this game, keeping Inner West at arms reach the entire game as they won all four quarters.

The Hornets had four double-digit scorers, none more impressive than Cassandra Pentney, who came off the bench for a 19-point, 10-rebound double-double.

Abby O’Flynn led the Bulls with a huge stat line - 12 points, six rebounds, six assists, and six steals - but only one other player scoring at least 10 meant that Inner West did not have what it took to claim the win.

INNER WEST 65 (O’Flynn 12, Stirton 10, Haynes and Frieson 9)

HILLS 84 (Pentney 19, Mahoney 15, Roditis and Yetsenga 11)

MEN

Inner West Bulls (62) def by Hills Hornets (90)

A clinical performance from Hills in this game, winning three of the four quarters as they cruised to a 28-point win against Inner West.

Liam Moss continued his hot form, leading the Hornets with 20 points, with two other starters scoring at least 16.

Chier Maker and Chol Adup were the bright spots for Inner West with 17 points apiece, but they did not have enough to put up a fight in this one.
