A double dose of Bandits v Hornets and Sea Eagles v Bulls was in store for the final day of Round 3, with both the men’s and women’s teams doing battle.

But while Albury got two big wins over Hills, it was a game apiece for Inner West and Manly.

Check out how the games went below.

WOMEN

Hills Hornets (51) def by Albury Wodonga Bandits (90)

If yesterday was Lauren Jackson’s entree, today’s win against Hills was her main course, the basketball legend carrying the Bandits to a phenomenal win over the Hornets.

Jackson went for 36 points and 15 rebounds, at times outscoring the opposition single-handedly, in a game that never felt out of hand for the Bandits.

Ai Yamada was also key for Albury Wodonga, with some tough guard play leading to 20 points and 6 assists.

HILLS 51 (Yetsenga 16, Roditis 11, Pentney 10)

ALBURY WODONGA 90 (Jackson 36, Yamada 20, Ardern and McCowan 8)

Inner West Bulls (35) def by Manly Warringah Sea Eagles (78)

This was an absolute clinic from Manly, beating the Bulls by 43 points, and only allowing double digits from their opponents in two of four quarters.

Only five Bulls players saw a shot go in, and only one netted double digits - 10 points from Abby O’Flynn.

Manly distributed scoring evenly and were able to score a more than comfortable win.

INNER WEST 35 (O’Flynn 10, O'Connel 8, Stirton 7)

MANLY WARRINGAH 78 (Bulman 15, Henderson 13, Jeffs, Wills, Mowbray and Starr 8)

MEN

Hills Hornets (100) def by Albury Wodonga Bandits (108)

This match was close throughout before the Bandits were able to pull away in the dying moments.

Branden Jenkins put together a masterpiece for the Bandits, with 28 points, seven rebounds, five steals, and three assists, with teammates Hayward and Saunders not far away.

Hornets also had some impressive play, primarily Liam Moss with 23 points, eight rebounds and five assists, but they went dry at the wrong time, and lost as a result.

HILLS 100 (Brotherson 24, Moss 23, Patmore 16)

ALBURY WODONGA 108 (Jenkins 28, Hayward 27, Saunders 19)

Manly Warringah Sea Eagles (73) def by Inner West Bulls (74)

This one couldn’t have been any closer, with the Sea Eagles pushing the Bulls right down to the wire.

Chier Maker was once again spectacular, 22 points and 14 rebounds to drive his team to victory.

Indiana Faithfull and Kyle Painter played well for Manly, but they fell just short of the finish line.

MANLY WARRINGAH 73 (Faithfull 18, Painter 14, Bulgin 11)

INNER WEST 74 (Maker 22, Rentoy 12, Maran 11)
