On Friday these will be the match-ups for the first day of hoops. Check out how the women's teams stack up against each other below.
West Adelaide Bearcats (NBL1 Central) v (NBL1 West) Warwick Senators
The West Adelaide Bearcats will face off against the Warwick Senators at 6:00pm as the first game of the National Finals!
The Bearcats are stacked, led by Jasmin Fejo’s 18 points per game alongside Finals MVP Madelynn Utti. She had 25 points and 17 rebounds against Sturt in the NBL1 Central Grand Final and will be a handful to deal with.
But the Senators are just as deadly, with conference MVP Stacey Barr they will be a tough match-up for the Bearcats and anyone else they will face this weekend. Watch out for Leonie Fiebech who had 21 points and 10 rebounds as the Finals MVP in the NBL1 West Grand Final.

Southern District Spartans (NBL1 Wildcard) v (NBL1 North) Townsville Flames
The re-match of the NBL1 North Semi-Finals will take place at 6:15pm as the second match of the night!
The Spartans come into this game hungry for revenge after losing the Semi-Final and will get their second chance as the Wildcard Series winners. Townsville is hot off a championship, beating Logan in the NBL1 North Grand Final Series and will enter the National Finals with Steph Reid and Courtney Woods ready to fire.
Can the Flames overcome Alanna Smith’s absence to beat the Spartans? Find out Friday.
Albury-Wodonga Bandits (NBL1 East) v Ringwood Hawks (NBL1 South)
After moving to the NBL1 East conference, the Bandits will be ready to play against their former conference in the ultimate grudge match at 6:30pm as the final women’s game on Friday.
The Ringwood Hawks will have the home crowd advantage while the Bandits will bring a bus of supporters with them, it will be a rowdy crowd! The Bandits star and Finals MVP Unique Thompson will have a tough match-up against Ringwood’s Finals MVP Marena Whittle, who had 33 points and 19 rebounds against the Braves last Saturday.
The Bandits will be without the G.O.A.T due to the FIBA Women's World Cup but with two NBL1 East First-Teamers in Thompson and Ai Yamada, they will still be a tough team to beat.
