Pirates welcome Lee to the ship

The South West Metro Pirates have announced Kisha Lee has signed for the 2021 NBL1 North season.

Lee, who was born in Chicago, went to the University of Nevada in Las Vegas where she played for the Lady Devils in the Mountain West Conference. She then played basketball professionally in Europe, playing in Holland, Austria and Switzerland and in the UK.

During the European offseason, she played QBL for Bundaberg and Toowoomba.

In August 2016, she joined the Perth Lynx in the WNBL. Following the 2016–17 WNBL season, she remained in Perth and played in the State Basketball League (SBL).

In 2019 Lee retuned to Queensland to play QBL. In her last QBL season she averaged 22 points and nine rebounds per game.
