Rip City re-sign trio for 2021 NBL1 North

The University of Sunshine Coast Rip City have announced the return of women’s players Liisa Ups, Meghan Ditchburn and Layla Prince for the 2021 NBL1 North season.

The trio are determined to make the finals after narrowly missing out last year.

“I’m looking forward to the upcoming season. I’m hoping we can move deep into the finals and contend for the championship," Ditchburn said.

All three players are set to be key rotational pieces for Rip City, after they all averaged at least 23 minutes in the 2020 QSL season.
