Rising youngster Krause signs in Northside

The Northside Wizards have added another backcourt weapon with the signing of Mackay junior Aiden Krause for the 2021 NBL1 North season.

At only 20 years old, Krause brings in a wealth of experience with already having displayed multiple impressive performances on the national and international stage.

Krause’s most dominant performance was at the 2017 FIBA Oceania Championship where he averaged 17.62 points and shot the ball at an astronomical 67% rate. His ability to score the ball at a highly efficient rate earned him a spot on the roster at an NCAA Division 1 institution, the University of California, Irvine. 

Two years and a global pandemic later, Krause found himself back home pursuing opportunities to once again perform on the Australian stage. This has led to him signing with the Wizards in NBL1 North.
