Santacaterina becomes a Meteorette

The Mackay Meteorettes have signed Paris Santacaterina for the 2021 NBL1 North season, tipping off next Thursday. 

Santacaterina impressed in last year's CQ Cup and was a standout performer at the Basketball Queensland U18 State Championships in January. 

The Mackay junior is now ready to make the jump to NBL1 in 2021. 

She joins Cayla George, Chelsea Brook, Denesha Bobongie, Heidi Freeburn, Sara Storeshaw, Bronte Allen and Jacqui Zelenka on the Meteorettes' roster for the upcoming season. 

Mackay tips off for 2021 with a clash against Townsville on Friday 14 May at Townsville StarFM Stadium.
