Jannon Otto, Tai Wakelin-Gray, Tabitha Allen and Matt McCarthy have committed to Rockhampton for the 2022 Coles Express NBL1 North season.
After a wonderful college career, McCarthy has been playing in Europe and said it was time to head back to Australia.
McCarthy is currently averaging 11 points, seven rebounds and 2.3 assists for Vitoria SC in Portugal and is going to be in great shape when he arrives in Rockhampton for the 2022 season.
Speaking about Wakelin-Gray and Allen's signings, General Manager Wade Rebetzke said: "Tai was given an increased role in 2021 and is often tasked with the tough defensive assignments each night.
"What we like about Tai is she gives 100 percent every time she hits the floor and will play whatever role the team required to ensure success.
"We are really looking forward to Tai continuing to develop her game as she did in 2021 and she will be a vital piece in the 2022 roster.
"Allen had her first season with the Cyclones in 2021 and feels she is much better equipped to start the 2022 season.
"Tab has worked tirelessly in the off-season to become more mobile up and down the floor and be able to provide that backup for Lara McSpadden on a more consistent basis this season.
"We are really looking forward to seeing Tab continue to grow as a player and she will get that opportunity training against WNBL and overseas talent every week at practice.
"This is an exciting opportunity for her."
Otto had a wonderful college career at UC Riverside, being named in the All-Big West team twice and averaging 16.7 points and seven rebounds in her time at UCR.
Jannon is currently playing in Germany for Speyer in the Bundesliga where she is averaging 25.5 points, 12.5 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game.
The six-foot small forward will be a valuable addition to the Cyclones' roster this season and will give the team some great scoring punch.
