Adelaide Lightning's Elsworthy signs with Geelong for NBL1 South

Geelong is continuing to bolster its NBL1 South Women's roster with WNBL players, as Adelaide Lightning guard Sarah Elsworthy joins the Supercats.

Geelong is continuing to bolster its NBL1 South Women's roster with WNBL players, as Adelaide Lightning guard Sarah Elsworthy joins the Supercats.
Elsworthy joins Southside Flyers duo Aimie Clydesdale and Steph Blicavs at Geelong Arena this season, along with Alex Duck on the roster so far.
The Lightning talent played 20 games for Adelaide in the 2019/20 WNBL season after being recruited from Werribee.
Elsworthy has also had stints at Sturt and North Adelaide.
Now, she will get an opportunity to showcase her skills on NBL1 South opening night, which tips off on Saturday 17 April against the Knox Raiders at the State Basketball Centre.
