After leading his Frankston Blues to the Coles Expres NBL1 National Finals Championship Game, Lachlan Barker has signed with Melbourne United as an extended roster player.

After leading his Frankston Blues to the Coles Expres NBL1 National Finals Championship Game, Lachlan Barker has signed with Melbourne United as an extended roster player.
Barker was named to the NBL1 National Finals All-Star Five where he averaged 24 points, 3.3 assists and three rebounds across the competition.

Last season Barker made his NBL debut with the South East Melbourne Phoenix, he played 14 games for the club and had a career-high of 14 points against the Sydney Kings in his rookie season.
But coming into NBL23 with an entire NBL1 season under his belt, he will be ready to contribute to the title-contending United.
